"Tasked to construct a chair using only perforated cardboard, and no supplementary joinery. Placed in a team of two people, my partner and I set out to design an easily constructed cardboard chair that uses as little material as possible."

An ergonomic shape that utilizes the ground as a leg rest ensured as little material as possible. The chair was able to hold over 200 pounds and proved most comfortable out of all team’s chairs. This assignment was not only challenging but proved to be a most memorable experience as a design student.
